Deposits are non-refundable once a project has commenced.

No refunds will be provided for completed work or services already delivered.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to the client.
Australian Web Haus retains the right to display completed projects in its portfolio for promotional purposes.
All pre-existing materials, frameworks, tools, and methodologies remain the intellectual property of Australian Web Haus.
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information required for the project
Supply content, approvals, and feedback in a timely manner
Ensure you have rights to any content provided to us
Delays caused by the client may impact project timelines.
We may integrate third-party tools, plugins, hosting services, or APIs. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Australian Web Haus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
We provide services using reasonable skill and care. Except as required by law, no additional warranties are provided.
Any guarantees offered are subject to the terms outlined in individual service agreements.
Either party may terminate services with written notice in accordance with the agreed contract terms. Any outstanding fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
